- Payment Information: For transactions, we use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect payment information, including credit or debit card details, and other billing information. FitU does not store this information directly.

- Register for an account.
- Login to the app.
- Create a personal trainer profile.
- Update your profile information.
- Book appointments.
- Send in-app messages.

FitU uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing Services: To manage your account, process transactions, facilitate package purchases, and provide personalized recommendations.

- With Payment Service Providers: FitU partners with Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe has access to data required to perform its payment functions but cannot use it for any other purpose. FitU may also use other service providers to enhance our services, and these providers are obligated to protect your data.
- For Advertising and Analytics: When advertising FitU services on media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, we may share data for tracking and analysis. Users may contact FitU to manage their participation in such tracking.
- For Legal Reasons: FitU may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FitU, our users, or others.

FitU is committed to protecting your personal data through various technical and organizational measures, including data encryption, restricted access controls, and other security protocols. - Data Portability and Deletion: You may request to download or delete your personal data by contacting contact@fitu.sg. We will respond promptly and in compliance with the PDPA.
7. Data Retention
FitU retains your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required by law. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers and will not be recoverable.

FitU does not transfer your personal data outside of Singapore. All data is stored and processed within Singapore in compliance with the PDPA.
